Empirical software engineering is an active research field to which many European institutions and researchers are contributing, in top-tier conferences and journals. The goal of EOSESE’2015, the European Open Symposium in Empirical Software Engineering is to help structure the community. By getting to know each other’s work, it will be easier to identify potential collaborations and future joint-projects.
EOSESE’2015 is meant to be open, to gather people and foster collaborations. The format of the symposium is as follows. Talks will be given to give some visibility to recent results published in authoritative conferences and journals or to present a new dataset or a new tool. No formal proceedings will be published.
