The welcome took place at Polytech’Lille, followed by several presentations:

• General presentation of the Unit by Clarisse Dhaenens, Director;

Presentations on sustainable development:

• Digital forcing by Romain Rouvoy;
• Energy issues raised by new AI data centres by Wilfried Denoizay;
• Carbon footprint by Damien Marchal;
• Around the lakes of Villeneuve d’Ascq by Gabriel Billon.

Lunch

Afternoon activities:

• Petanque games;
• Board games;
• Showing of a film.
