Last October, CRIStAL’s gender equality committee set up a women’s coding club for secondary school girls in Lille, called ‘Les Pixelles’, which takes place every Wednesday afternoon.
It’s a great collective venture, which has worked with the help of many colleagues.
The experience has inspired our colleagues at CRIL, who are opening a Pixelles Lens club at the start of the new academic year.
The last Pixelles meeting for 2024-2025 will be held on Wednesday 11 June, when we will look back over the year.
