ROBOTEX

ROBOTEX is a national network of experimental robotics platforms that constitutes an “équipement d’excellence” - (N° ANR-10-EQPX-44-01) - financed as part of the “investissements d’avenir” program.

This scientific instrument provides robotics researchers with a working environment that meets the highest international quality standards. In particular, its aim is to foster synergies between research teams in the field, and to enable the development of new methodological approaches based on multi-disciplinary cooperation. It is also intended to foster synergies between public research and the industrial, economic and social worlds.

ROBOTEX is a coherent infrastructure of technical equipment, backed up by high-level scientific and technological expertise:

• promote collaborative research projects between scientific and technical teams, laboratories and companies;
• facilitate the acquisition of, and access to, large-scale equipment and experimental sites;
• raise the profile of French robotics and its international influence;
• boost the competitiveness of our companies.
