Khalil Ibrahim HAMZAOUI, 33, PhD student in computer science at CRIStAL, has the project to realize the first Tour de France Scientifique in a wheelchair.
In 1983, Khalil was affected by polio with paraplegic sequelae.
Khalil works on optimizing the energy consumption of smartphones. His dream? Perform the Tour de France in a wheelchair, while linking it with his thesis topic.
